SO WHEN PEOPLE DO NOTKNOW EACH OTHER AND THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE LAW, WAS NOT A FAIR ADMINISTRATIVE RELATIONS. MANY OF INJUSTICE AND UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR BECAUSE OF THEIR FAILURE TO COMPLY IS NOT RECOGNIZING EACH OTHER’S RIGHTS.
